EMCO was founded in Lubbock, Texas in January, 1985 by Karl Morris, President, to offer an experienced and competent management service that is dependable, honest and worry free.

Expertise - REMCO firmly believes in the benefits of continuing education to keep pace with everchanging laws and methods of management. Some of the courses and seminars periodically attended are conducted by the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Texas Apartment Association.

A Philosophy - REMCO's philosophy is to provide the best management service practical in order to minimize problems for property owners. Our first obligation is to our property owners, then to the tenants. We follow the terms of the lease unless it is mutually beneficial to do otherwise. REMCO complies with the intent and letter of the laws, rules and regulations related to property management and leasing. We feel this best benefits our owners.
