  • ender Repair Requests - Remco can coordinate repairs required by lenders, appraisers or purchasers when selling a property.

  • o-Brokerage Policy - Referrals for management from other REALTORS are appreciated. Since REMCO does not list houses for sale, owners who later decide to sell their property are referred to the agent who sent them to REMCO.
